Here are boards that i decided to do on 5 different CAD illustrators. These include Graham Rounthwaite, Liselotte Watkins, Michael Economy, Maurice Vellekoop and Kristian Russel.

Before going to produce my final A3 piece on CAD, i thought it was best to do some design development sheets before. This allowed me to figure out which layout and colour scheme would be best to use.

These are my two boards on varied illustrators who have produced images through using CAD or have incorporated it at some point.

hair accessories

To bring our collection together before we send it down the runway we all agreed that a key piece needs to be incorporated in every outfit.  Therefore we thought of the idea of having each model with some sort of key head piece that all models would wear throughout the show to bring the collection together.
Here are some pictures which inspired us into this idea.

Floral trends

I love how this trend for spring is very experimental and girly

Garment three

This is another garment we started off with origionally. Again we didnt want to just use it as a shirt so we came up with the idea of cutting the sleaves and collar off and using as a skirt. We also had this floral skirt which was also to be combined into making a garment.

For this skirt we came up with the idea to tuck it into the skirt we made out of the blouse. We turned the skirt upside down so the fabric hung downwards, we then cut arm holes down the side and made the front into the V neck design. Below is the final outcome of what our garment would look like after been stitched together.

garment two

We turned the curtain fabric into a simple dress by just wrapping the fabric around but doing some fabric manipulation down the right hand side to make the dress more dimensional and interesting. by wrapping it in this way we also created this effect going down the back of the dress which looked really effective.
